(React, Redux, Google Firebase)

A React-based employee portal used to write, store, and display all of a company's institutional knowledge. Uses Google Firebase for authentication, web functions, and NoSQL database. A Rich Text Editor allows for image upload and placement, video embeds, text formatting, etc. which is converted and displayed in html. Articles can be sorted by department and edited at a later date by their original author.

A blog originally created using Divi and Wordpress with some custom CSS and HTML. Recreated in 2019 using GatsbyJS, React, Contentful, and GraphQL. Personally wrote all posts on the subject of personal development and adventure.

Homies

(React, Ruby on Rails, Watson Machine-Learning API, SASS)

Homies is built with Ruby on Rails on the backend and React on the front end. The application takes the user's entertainment interests and compares them to the interests of other like-minded people on twitter using machine learning. It then makes recommendations to the user for other entertainment products they may like based on those comparisons. Homies is also a social platform that allows users to view, share, and comment on entertainment news with their friends.

A mini e-commerce application built with Rails 4.2 for purposes of learning Rails. Users can create an account, purchase items, and leave reviews with ratings.
